Misc.

What is your policy with children?


As of June 2020, we do not suggest that children under the age of 18 enter the building. While we typically host child-care and LOVE having kids around, at this point in time we do not feel it is something we can adequately monitor until the cases in dallas have decreased.




What is your current policy in regards to Covid-19?


As of June 2020, we abide by all sanitation protocols required by the city. -masks while entering and exiting the building -signing into class ahead of time -social distancing during the workouts -disinfection of all equipment before and after training.





Training

What are your hours?


We are open from 6 am until 7:30 pm. Our group training blocks are from 6-9 am and again from 4:30-7:30 pm We hold open training each day from 9-4 by reservation only.




Do I have to reserve a space for group training?


Yes. Our members reserve class space through the Pike 13 client app





Access

May I bring a friend or family member to class?


For any out of town family members that would like to attend group training, please email us 48 hours before the desired date and time. For open gym access from 9-4, please email us and we will do our best to accomodate





Billing

How do I update my billing information?


Log in to you Pike 13 account and update all you billing details on the website or thru the app on your phone https://traincfdc.pike13.com/





Holds/Cancellations

How do I cancel membership?


Please schedule a 10 min exit interview with your coach + management.

1. If you decide to reactivate, membership rates are subject to change.

2. The scheduled exit interview will serve as your official 15 day cancellation notice required by your membership agreement. Your membership will be cancelled at the end of the current billing cycle from the submission of the form below. [Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within this 15-day period, the payment will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable. Cancellation of memberships prior to the expiration of any specified commitment period requires an early termination fee as outlined in your membership agreement.]




May I put my membership on hold?


With your access to Truecoach and our capability to remote program for you, we reserve holds only for circumstances where you cannot train. Please let us know if there is something unexpected, such as major illness, injury or life change.
