What is your policy with children?
As of June 2020, we do not suggest that children under the age of 18 enter the building. While we typically host child-care and LOVE having kids around, at this point in time we do not feel it is something we can adequately monitor until the cases in dallas have decreased.
What is your current policy in regards to Covid-19?
As of June 2020, we abide by all sanitation protocols required by the city.
What are your hours?
We are open from 6 am until 7:30 pm.
Do I have to reserve a space for group training?
Yes. Our members reserve class space through the Pike 13 client app
May I bring a friend or family member to class?
For any out of town family members that would like to attend group training, please email us 48 hours before the desired date and time.
How do I update my billing information?
How do I cancel membership?
1. If you decide to reactivate, membership rates are subject to change.
2. The scheduled exit interview will serve as your official 15 day cancellation notice required by your membership agreement. Your membership will be cancelled at the end of the current billing cycle from the submission of the form below.
May I put my membership on hold?
With your access to Truecoach and our capability to remote program for you, we reserve holds only for circumstances where you cannot train.
