FAQ's

I need to update my payment information

  • Fortunately you don't need our help for that one. Log in to you Pike 13 account and update all you billing details on the website or thru the app on your phone

I think my membership is expiring soon, what do I do?

  • Get together with your coach (who will have the specific details) and determine the best fit for you & they will take care of your needs

Can I put my membership on hold?

  • We do not offer holds for membership. 

I need to cancel my membership, how do I do that?

  • Please fill out the form below and we will be in contact for a 15 min exit interview over the phone or in person.

    1. If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future. (and we hope you do) membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change.

    2. If you’re sure you’d like to cancel, just complete and submit the form below. This will serve as your 15 day written cancellation notice required by your membership agreement. Your membership will be cancelled at the end of the current billing cycle from the submission of the form below. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within this 15-day period, the payment will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable. Cancellation of memberships prior to the expiration of any specified commitment period requires an early termination fee as outlined in your membership agreement.
