Hey everyone, I’m Chad! Daddy to 3 kids and 3 German Shepards! Been training at CFDC for 6-7 years now. Glad to see familiar faces again and looking forward to meeting some new ones soon!

Hi I’m Spencer. I’ve been training with cfdc since 2008.


RDL: 4 sets x 5 reps all at 120kg (264 lbs)

[thought the glute bridge march was really hard]


Power Conditioning: w/50lb dumbbells, did hang clean and jerk and got 9 reps each 20 seconds

After a few years away from the Cfdc adventure I'm back. If this were Harry Potter maybe I'd be Sirius Black? Except I wasn't in prison. Ok. Good stuff.


It's great to be back and meet so many new folks. To paraphrase SP, may all your repetitions be fortuitous.
