135#, 185#, 225#. Went a bit out on a limb testing my back but it felt great.


100m row, 10 kipping pull-ups (the bicep felt a bit too hot to butterfly), 15 KBS @ 53#.

In the middle of the day heat while the little one slept! HOT!


Conditioning:

6 cal assault bike

16 single arm KB gorilla rows (8 per side @ 35#)

20 heavy Russian KB swings with @53#

rest remainder of time on 4 minute clock on assault bike

x 4 rounds

(rounds took 2 min each)


Front Squat:

20 goblet squats @ 35# with 2-3 sec descent each rep

side plank work

wall sit work

(just wanted to stay light for this today! legs are tired from at-home Pilates!)
