225#, 245#x2, 255#. A bit irresponsible on the back in hindsight but I had some really good music on. All in all I think I came out unscathed.


Kept it mild at 35#. I should go spicier next time. No drops.

Used all the weight I had at home for deadlift! 150 kg

“the eagle” - used 53 lbs and 20 meters for the distance of farmers carry

did 8 front squats + the 20 meters for 1 round.

Kel and I did it together and we thought it was tough! Never set them down and took about 4:15 for 8 sets total

Holy bazooka bear trap. My traps have never been more assaulted.

That was what did me in. I could’ve carried those the whole time, but holding the front rack was a bear

Love deadlifts. Don't love cleaning kettlebells so I didn't.

Deadlift - 65/75/85/95

30# dumbbells for the second part. Dropped once. 4-5 squats per round.
