1:44 down to 1:32 per 1/2 mile bike. Body saw was a bit too much for my midline at the moment so I held a plank for half of the rest time.

Did AMRAP 35 min at aerobic pace on assault bike


Then yesterday’s workout because I didn’t get to do it:


10 reps per leg Single Leg RDL with 65# x 4 sets

+

EMOM 8 min of farmers and squats with 20# per hand to limit the amount I set them down, and that was just fine
