Diet's Don't Work

The slideshow above is funny, but unfortunately completely true and over the last century, taken seriously by good people with good intentions. Every one is selling something, even before the internet. As they say, "if it's too good to be true, it probably is a fad-diet".

We don't believe in fad-diets. We don't believe in short, unsustainable restriction only to end up back where you started (or worse). After 10 years of working with clients we've found that behavioral change coupled with achievement creates habits that will last a LIFETIME. No quick fix.

Our upcoming nutrition program (starting September 3rd) provides a unique, science-based approach to nutrition and wellness, using simple behavior modification strategies to create positive change without the stress of “dieting”.

Our system is comprised of a two-phase approach.

  • During Phase 1- you will meet with a nutrition coach, determine your baseline, test biometrics, set goals and be set up with a customized plan. You will walk away with nutrition education and meal plans to give you a roadmap. After three months, you will graduate onto

  • Phase II, where we will focus on accountability, ongoing support and tweak your plan to see optimal results.
